Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements:

* 20+ Years of Age

* Valid Drivers License

* Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge

* Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.

* Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned areas, access points, terminal-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

* Monitor authorized entry activity, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.

* Complete routine reports and document incidents, patrol observations, and/or notable activity in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
