Security Officer Airport Customer Service Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and restricted areas, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions;
Assist with directions, information, and general support while maintaining awareness of surroundings and documenting incidents, observations, and/or daily activities as required
