Security Officer Airport Patrol Coordinator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and public agency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter zones to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, restricted areas, and credential requirements to help support authorized entry and report suspicious behavior, unattended property, and policy violations;
Assist with traffic flow, crowd management, and directional support during peak travel periods, special events, and/or operational disruptions while maintaining a professional presence
