As a Security Officer Security Clearance Concierge in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries such as Tech, Media, and Telecom. At Allied Universal, you will greet visitors, manage access, and support a professional, welcoming environment in a stationary front‑desk role. You will handle front desk responsibilities, monitor activity, and respond to security‑related concerns with strong communication and customer service skills.

$27.54 / Hour

Day Time: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM (Monday – Saturday)

Active DoD Secret Clearance (C103)

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet incoming guests, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help document visitor activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and maintain awareness of entry activity, deliveries, and/or service requests at the front desk.
• Support access control functions by helping to issue visitor passes, reviewing sign‑in records, and reporting maintenance, badge, and/or access concerns according to location procedures.

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
