As a Security Officer Patrol Ambassador in Honolulu, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Allied Universal Officer in a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting observations to Allied Universal and/or property management as required.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and amenity spaces to help support authorized access, communicate property rules, and assist with visitor-related questions or directions.
- Observe and report maintenance issues, hazards, policy violations, and other security-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
