Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements:

* 20+ Years of Age

* Valid Drivers License

* Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge

* Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.

* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

* Monitor entry and restricted areas, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.

* Assist with directions, information, and general support while maintaining awareness of surroundings and documenting incidents, observations, and/or daily activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

* Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
