Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements:

* 20+ Years of Age

* Valid Drivers License

* Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge

* Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.

* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts, travelers, visitors, and/or local authorities as appropriate.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify concerns.

* Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.

* Complete routine logs, incident reports, and/or shift documentation, and support crowd management, traffic direction, and public assistance during busy periods, special events, and/or operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

* Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
