Your role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining visibility to reduce security incidents, delivering outstanding customer service and communication, and supporting daily operations as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first, works with integrity, and collaborates through teamwork.

Full Time, Dayshift

$22.50 per hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium pay will be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

• 21+ Years of Age
• Valid Driver’s License
• 1+ year of Security Experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and solve-related manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant information.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and restricted areas, verify credentials and or access authorization when required, and communicate clearly with employees, contractors, and members of the public regarding site rules and procedures.
• Support day-to-day operations by providing visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and escalating security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity through proper channels.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
