Position Overview

As a Airport Security Officer Patrol Concierge Services in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. At a busy airport location, Allied Universal Officers conduct routine unarmed patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and assist travelers and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Full Time, Dayshift

$19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Mon 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM, Tue 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM, Fri 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM, Sat 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM, Sun 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM.

• 20+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, while communicating with airport personnel, public agencies, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues through proper channels.
• Support location operations by documenting daily activities, preparing incident reports, and providing courteous assistance with directions, questions, and general public interactions.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to use a computer or tablet comfortably is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
