Security Officer Patrol

As a Security Officer Patrol Guardian in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic resort location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this unarmed patrol role, you will support guests and staff through clear communication, teamwork, and a caring, reliable approach grounded in integrity and innovation.

Pay Rate: $24.40 / Hour

• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site leadership when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and common areas, assist with directions and guest inquiries, and support property rules related to authorized entry, visitor activity, and/or after-hours procedures.
• Support daily operations by completing incident reports, communicating with Allied Universal leadership and/or property contacts, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• You will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
