Security Officer Patrol Response Associate – Honolulu, HI

Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $26.79 / Hour
Job Schedule- Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Pre-Employment Requirement: Security Experience – +1 year (C115)
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations, to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directions and general assistance, and support a professional environment for guests and staff throughout the location.
- Observe and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and other security-related concerns, while providing courteous service during routine operations and special events.
- At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
