As an Operations Coordinator, you'll bring your analytical, strategic, and operational expertise to work on projects for the military.

You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You'll guide the work we do for the Army and the solutions we deliver for military missions and strategic planning. * Experience in synchronizing and managing multiple calendars

* Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment

* Experience as an Executive Assistant at the Director and Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service, O6 and above or civilian C-Suite level

* Knowledge of tools and processes to collaborate across multiple departments and coordinate details for development of large working groups with multiple stakeholders

* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

* Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment

* Ability to rapidly inform

* Ability to communicate and present written and orally at a level commensurate with a senior level staff

* Secret clearance

* Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have:
* Experience working in an Army, Combatant Commands, or Joint environment

* Experience working at an Operational level HQs, such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM Staff

* Experience with Army or Indo-Pacific exercises

* Experience with software tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Palantir applications like Vantage, Foundry, Maven Smart Systems and large language models

* TS/SCI clearance Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
