Security Officer Part Time Patrol Agent in Honolulu, HI – you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, corridors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points, helping to identify unusual activity and maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized access, support access control practices, and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with security-related support during high‑traffic periods, guest events, and disturbances, following post orders and providing courteous directions and information.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city‑issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
