Job Description
Parsons is now hiring a Signals Analyst with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our partners in INDOPACOM.
Specific ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth location-based analysis to discover, develop, analyze, and report on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of contingency operations, operational-level planning, and joint or partner organizations throughout INDOPACOM.
Utilize TechSIGINT techniques by applying expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW), FISINT, and FORNSAT to manage the discovery, characterization, and on-going analysis of adversary activity in support of INDOPACOM operations.
Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance.
Participate in customer requirements: advise mission development, aid all-source analysis, and attend analytical and operational meetings.
Support the production cycle by collaborating with Senior Reporters to author reports intended for COI/IC consumption.
4+ years relevant experience with a Bachelors in a related field; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Graduate of 450, 451, or a similar course.
Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.
Valid US Passport.
Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility and CI poly.
Flexibility regarding work locations, which may include several locations on Oahu.
Previous experience working SIGINT analytical support with a focus on INDOPACOM threats is highly preferred.
Previous experience supporting an NSA TOPI.
An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.
This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
