Security Officer Patrol Guard

Position: Security Officer Full Time Patrol Guard
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort location;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related issues;
Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and assist with directions, policy questions, and other service-related interactions in a professional manner;
Support Allied Universal standards by communicating with property personnel and/or first responders when needed and following post orders for daily operations and unusual events
