Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or public agency personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and pedestrian traffic for authorized access, suspicious behavior, and/or policy concerns, and report findings according to site protocols;
Assist with documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations, and support coordination during weather events, transportation disruptions, and/or other operational issues
