Pay Rate$19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.
Job ScheduleMon, Wed, Sat, Sun – 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM
Requirements- 20+ Years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
- Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with local authorities and/or site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or policy violations.
- Support crowd management, traffic flow, and general public assistance during routine operations, delays, and/or emergency situations.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
