Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol

Position: Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Support
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel and resort setting;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with hotel personnel and/or first responders when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, lobbies, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access to restricted or staff-only areas, verify credentials when required, and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures;
Support hotel operations by assisting with directions, escort requests, and crowd management during busy periods, special events, and/or emergency situations
