Security Officer Part Time Patrol Guard

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate site contacts when needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and note potential concerns.;
Monitor entry points, observe on-site conditions, and document security-related incidents, property observations, and/or daily activities in required reports.;
Assist with directing visitors, supporting tenant needs, and communicating with property management and/or emergency services during incidents or disruptions.
