In this unarmed role, you will support a welcoming atmosphere through routine patrols and responsive assistance while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel and resort setting.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and elevate issues to site leadership and/or first responders when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, guest amenities, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access concerns.
- Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted locations to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and report security-related issues according to post procedures.
- Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
