Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is looking for a highly organized and motivated Special Security Technician to act as a non-personal services SCI Personnel Security (PERSEC) Program Specialist. This position also involves providing logistical support for Special Security operations.

The ideal candidate will possess the necessary expertise and skills to execute the personnel and information security tasks associated with the COMPACFLT SCI Special Security Program, ensuring strict protection of classified information and personnel in compliance with all relevant U.S. Government, Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DoN), and command-level directives. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities include conducting roving patrols, responding to alarms, providing access control, and offering comprehensive operational and administrative support to maintain a secure environment 24/7/365. The salary for this exempt position is $154,000.

• Personnel Security (PERSEC) Processing:
  Assist with all personnel security actions in support of the COMPACFLT SCI PERSEC Program, including in/out-processing, non-disclosure agreements, indoctrinations, debriefings, SCI eligibility nominations, polygraph requests, foreign travel forms, VARs, and clearance certifications within three (3) business days. Manage and issue security access badges, support high-profile visits and command travel requirements, and handle associated PERSEC actions.
• Reporting & Records Management:
  Maintain all electronic and hardcopy SCI personnel security files with 98% accuracy, establish and disestablish security relationships, input required data into the personnel security system (e.g., DISS), prepare and deliver security status reports, personnel rosters, and access badge lists to government leadership, and notify the government SSO and SSR PERSEC Lead of any derogatory or questionable data.
• Information Security (INFOSEC) Support:
  Process all courier requests, prepare courier cards and authorization letters, maintain a database for accountability, provide witness capability for the destruction of SCI and other classified materials, and assist with processing reported security incidents per local policy.
• Security Education & Foreign Partner Integration:
  Execute the Security, Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) program by delivering newcomer orientation briefs and other security training materials, and assist in the secure integration of foreign partners by coordinating with government security staff and briefing visitors on all applicable security procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a PERSEC or SSO support role within a SCIF environment.
• Proficiency in DISS, Scattered Castles, Multimedia Message Manager (M3), and the Microsoft Office suite; experience with Lenel Access Control Systems preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of governing laws, regulations, precedents, and directives for DoD and IC security programs, including ICDs and NISPOM.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with meticulous record‑keeping.
• Prior experience in security patrols, alarm response, or law enforcement highly desirable.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• General knowledge of operational, procedural, and technical standards for interoperability with non‑DoD Federal Government agencies.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Active/adjudicated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
• Authorization to work in the United States per the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
