Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy concerns according to site protocols
