Security Officer Licensed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, assist with visitor and/or contractor interactions, and support property operations by communicating clearly with building management, tenants, and emergency responders as needed;
Maintain professional demeanor and provide assistance to tenants and staff as part of daily security operations
