Plan, develop, implement and manage the Personnel Security Program (PSP) and CEP while ensuring policy compliance across PHNSY and IMF.;
Serve as senior technical advisor on personnel security rules, regulations, and procedures for Security Coordinators, Supervisors and Managers.;
Administer processing of personnel for security clearances and related investigations, including recommendations on denials or emergency access.;
Conduct in-depth personnel security interviews and coordinate with medical staff on judgment/reliability factors.;
Develop and coordinate Personnel Security Plan instructions to ensure conformance with higher directives and shipyard mission; supervise security staff and coordinate work plans.
