Day shift (flexible and possibly responding after hours)

Payrate: $30 / Hourly

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by managing security services and related operations provided to assigned accounts.
• Serve as lead for Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work, and coordinate any necessary needs of the site.
• Prepare post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
• Handle client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, and new business development.
• Ensure operational effectiveness.

• Minimum 5 years of Supervisor or Building Management experience, preferably in a security capacity.
• Experience in positions such as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager considered a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
