Payrate: $30 / Hourly

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or building management experience, preferably in a security capacity.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing security schedules, staffing, and training.
• Knowledge of security regulations and best practices.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for allocated accounts.
• Manage security services, operations, and related activities for assigned sites.
• Supervise and mentor Security Supervisors on priorities of work and necessary site requirements.
• Prepare post orders, staffing plans, scheduling, and operational reports.
• Resolve client issues, enhance services, and identify opportunities for new business development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
