Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, common areas, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures and following post orders;
Monitor access points and observe campus activity to identify unusual behavior and report security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Support a welcoming educational environment by communicating clearly with the public and assisting with routine security-related requests as needed
