Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and exterior perimeter;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate site rules and access procedures;
Support daily property operations by completing routine reports and noting maintenance-related issues;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report concerns to management
