Pay Rate: $26.33 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Pre‑Employment Requirement:
Valid Driver’s License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization in accordance with site protocols, while documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or policy violations in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
