Job SummaryThe Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling locations, and enforcing regulations. The role includes customer service, providing information to client employees and customers, and ensuring compliance with site directives.
Responsibilities- Patrol and inspect client sites to detect and respond to security breaches.
- Monitor access points and enforce access control policies.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
- Provide courteous customer service and information to visitors and employees.
- Maintain detailed incident logs and report findings to supervisory staff.
- No prior security experience required.
- Retail, food‑service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and remain vigilant during overnight shifts.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
