Security Officer Driver Credential Checker

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing access control points, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or credentialing processes to help control authorized access, verify visitor information, and document security-related activities according to site policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance and/or life property issues;
Support tenant and visitor experience by providing directions, answering questions, and maintaining awareness of building activity while following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols
