Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and report to site leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of guest areas, lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escort requests, and uphold location rules and expectations.;
Support hotel operations by identifying maintenance concerns and policy violations and communicating them for follow-up.
