Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic locations to help observe visitor activity, support access control practices, and communicate concerns to site contacts when needed;
Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by documenting observations, assisting with incident response, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location
