Security Officer Part Time Patrol Scout

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Support a professional shopping environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and following post orders related to loss prevention awareness and incident response.
