Provide courteous customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of guest areas, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns, and document incidents according to site procedures;
Assist with emergency response activities, access control, and coordination with hotel management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate
