Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Visitor Access Driver in Honolulu, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, assist visitors and tenants, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible, professional presence. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Pre-Employment Requirement:
Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
- Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
