As a Airport Security Officer in Honolulu, HI
, you will safeguard the airport, staff, and its facilities. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to all visitors and staff. Full Time

$22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and e
• 1 year airports experience

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, exterior spaces, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or policy violations.
• Assist travelers, visitors, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining awareness of site activity and communicating concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
