Securitas Technology seeks an Alarm Monitoring Operator to protect commercial and enterprise clients through real-time monitoring of electronic security and life safety systems. In a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you will observe intrusion, fire, video, and access control alarms, verify events, filter false signals, and coordinate responses with emergency services, client contacts, and field technicians. You will document all activity in monitoring platforms, follow strict procedures and industry regulations, and uphold a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellence.

Responsibilities
- Monitor intrusion, fire, video, and access control alarms in real time for commercial and enterprise clients.
- Assess and prioritize alarm signals, verifying events and filtering nuisance or false alarms.
- Dispatch emergency services, client contacts, or field technicians according to established protocols.
- Document all alarm activity, actions taken, and outcomes in monitoring and incident systems.
- Follow strict security, life safety, and data privacy procedures to protect people and property.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, responders, and internal teams.
- Escalate high-risk or complex incidents to supervisors and specialized response teams.
- Participate in ongoing training on new security technologies, software platforms, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring workflows and service quality.
- Support a culture of safety, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
