** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a luxury hotel and resort location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, public spaces, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Respond to guest concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

+ Monitor access points and support authorized entry procedures for guests, employees, vendors, and deliveries while maintaining a welcoming hospitality-focused presence.

+ Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
