Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Customer Service Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, parking lots, loading areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and policy violations.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns as needed.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with site management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.
