Responsibilities

• Monitor access to luxury condominium properties and verify resident, guest, and vendor credentials
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and resident requests; document and report all situations accurately
• Operate security systems including CCTV, access control, and communication equipment
• Enforce building policies and house rules with a customer-service mindset
• Liaise with building management, concierge staff, and emergency responders as needed
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports in a timely manner
• Support safety procedures during emergencies, evacuations, and fire or life-safety events
• Provide visible, professional presence in lobbies and common areas to enhance resident comfort
• Participate in ongoing training and follow all Securitas and client security protocols
