Residential Security Officer

Securitas is seeking a professional Residential Security Officer to protect residents, property, and community spaces. In this role, you will patrol residential areas, monitor access points, respond to alarms and incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. You will document activities and incidents, support emergency responses, and help enforce community rules. Responsibilities

• Patrol residential properties to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Monitor access points, verify identities, and enforce community security policies
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and resident requests; assess and de-escalate situations
• Observe, detect, and accurately report security and safety hazards
• Maintain detailed incident and daily activity reports in line with company standards
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and property management when needed
• Conduct safety checks on doors, gates, lighting, and security systems
• Provide professional, customer-focused assistance to residents and visitors
• Participate in ongoing training, drills, and certification programs
• Uphold Securitas standards of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness at all times
