Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an airport location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, perimeter zones, access points, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor and report suspicious activity, unattended items, access-control concerns, hazards, and other security-related issues per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events with calm professionalism and coordinate with airport responders as directed.;
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; provide clear information to the public when needed.
