Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and access-related issues calmly and escalate per site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, report maintenance concerns to site contacts.;
Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding incidents and patrol observations as required.
