Shift Lead Security Officer

Securitas seeks a Shift Lead Security Officer to oversee daily security operations for client sites. In this supervisory role, you'll coordinate officer activities, monitor access control, conduct patrols, and ensure compliance with safety and post orders. You'll mentor officers, support training, document incidents, and communicate with clients and management. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily security officer activities during assigned shift
• Monitor access control, patrol premises, and respond to alarms or incidents
• Ensure post orders, safety protocols, and client procedures are followed
• Train, mentor, and support security officers on shift expectations and performance
• Prepare shift reports, incident documentation, and pass-down notes
• Liaise with client representatives and Securitas management on security matters
• Conduct inspections of posts, equipment, and security systems for readiness
• Assist with emergency response, evacuations, and incident command support
• Model professional conduct, customer service, and de-escalation techniques
• Support staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs for the shift
