Security Specialist

Securitas is seeking a Security Specialist to protect people, property, and assets for clients in the Security & Law Enforcement sector. In this on-site role, you will monitor access control and CCTV systems, conduct patrols, respond to incidents and alarms, and complete detailed reports. You will enforce safety and security procedures while providing professional, customer-focused service. Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, alarms, and CCTV to protect client facilities, people, and assets.
• Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols, identifying and reporting security or safety hazards.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following Securitas and client procedures.
• Document events and prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety policies with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide visible, customer-focused security presence and assist employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Collaborate with site management, law enforcement, and emergency services as required.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain certifications and improve security skills.
