Honolulu Security Officer

Securitas seeks a Central Honolulu Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets for diverse client sites. In this role, you will control access, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and alarms, and respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and vigilance. Officers prepare clear reports, follow detailed post orders, and deliver courteous customer service to clients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Control access to client sites, verify identification, and manage visitor entry
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities and surrounding areas
• Monitor security systems, alarms, and CCTV to detect suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms following Securitas protocols
• Document daily activities and prepare clear, accurate incident reports
• Provide professional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures consistently
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to address security risks
• Participate in required training and maintain required licenses/certifications
• Support a culture of safety, integrity, and vigilance on every post
