Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, tenants, and airport personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, access points, and other assigned areas; report unusual conditions and potential hazards.;
Monitor access control points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry, prohibited items, and suspicious behavior.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate airport personnel and emergency responders as directed.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives
