• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a luxury hotel setting.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of guest areas, entrances, exits, public spaces, back-of-house areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate hotel personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing guests and vendors, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with hotel management, Allied Universal leadership, and team members regarding daily activities and incidents.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
