The pay range is $35/hr - $40/hr based on experience.

Will diagnose commercial roof leaks and make appropriate repairs. Lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring Centi Mark Safety Policies are being followed.

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. and Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing);
  Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, travel to outer islands for day and overnight trips - as needed
• Must be willing to work 50 hours a week
• A desire to grow within the company
